Sierra came into Monday's contest looking for another win against Big Valley Christian, but Caitlin Echegoyen wouldn't allow it. The Lions walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Timberwolves on Monday thanks in part to Echegoyen, who had 15 digs and three aces. She is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 14 or more in each of the last six games she's played.

The win didn't come easy: Sierra scored at least 21 points in every set. The final score came out to 25-21, 23-25, 25-23, 25-23.

Big Valley Christian is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-5 record this season. As for Sierra, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-10.

Big Valley Christian didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 3-0 victory against Summerville on the 23rd. As for Sierra, they will welcome Enochs at 6:15 p.m. on Wednesday.
