Baseball Recap: Midview Comes Up Short

Midview lost against Bay back in April of 2015, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Middies came up short against the Rockets, falling 10-1. The Middies have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Midview saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Chase Harper, who scored a run while going 1-for-3. Harper also hit a double, marking his first of the season.

Midview's loss dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Bay, their win bumped their record up to 2-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Midview will head out to square off against Wadsworth at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Bay, they will venture away from home to challenge North Olmsted at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Rockets are facing the Eagles at the right time seeing as the Eagles are stuck on a four-game losing streak.
