Basketball Recap: Oxford Academy Takes a Loss

Oxford Academy lost against Newark Valley back in November of 2022 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Oxford Academy Blackhawks took a 62-51 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Newark Valley Cardinals.

Oxford Academy's loss dropped their record down to 8-4. As for Newark Valley, their win bumped their record up to 3-4.

Looking ahead, Oxford Academy will venture away from home to face off against Johnson City at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Newark Valley, they will host Charles O. Dickerson at 7:15 p.m. on Friday.
