Los Angeles CES is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Wednesday. They had just enough and edged out West Adams 2-1.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Franklin). They put the hurt on Alliance Bloomfield with a sharp 4-0 win on Wednesday. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for Franklin considering their one-goal performance the match before.

The victory (which was Franklin's fourth in a row) raised their record to 7-8-2. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up one goal over those four matchups. As for Los Angeles CES, their victory bumped their record up to 6-7-1.
