Volleyball Recap: Cheyenne Mountain Comes Up Short on the Road Against Legend + How To Watch

Cheyenne Mountain had to start their season on the road on Thursday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They fell 3-1 to the Legend Titans. The Red-Tailed Hawks were not able to make up for their loss to the Titans from their previous meeting back in August of 2024.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-27, 25-23, 25-12.

Landry Roberts paced Cheyenne Mountain's offense, picking up 11 kills. Roberts got some help from Kaisa Dowd and her 11 assists. Finally, Liv Archambault kept Cheyenne Mountain's defense grounded, leading the team with two blocks.

Cheyenne Mountain will be defending their home court for the first time this season when they go up against Thompson Valley at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Legend, they will square off against Fruita Monument at 8:00 a.m. on Friday.
