Passers beware: Jayvyn King came down with his first-ever interception on Friday and he's no doubt on the hunt for more. He also defended one pass, but sadly Tennyson still had to take a 20-14 loss at the hands of Oakland. We certainly expect to see more performances from King considering he's already seeing the field as a sophomore.

Coming up, King and Tennyson will host Mt. Eden at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Monarchs will enter the matchup having just beaten Albany, so the Lancers will have to guard against a team looking to keep the ball rolling.
