Football Recap: Barren County Starts off Right with Win over Southwestern

Barren County took care of business in their home opener on Friday. They managed a 12-6 win over the Southwestern Warriors. The victory was all the more spectacular given the Trojans' disadvantage in MaxPreps' Kentucky football rankings (they are ranked 90th, while the Warriors are ranked 30th).

Coming up, Barren County will square off against Glasgow at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Southwestern, they will take on Campbell County at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
