Basketball Recap: Pender Patriots vs. East Columbus Gators

Pender won the last time they faced East Columbus and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Pender Patriots managed a 57-52 win over the East Columbus Gators. The victory almost wasn't to be: the Patriots were down 46-32 in the third quarter.

East Columbus' loss came despite strong showings from Jaden Troy and KJ Thurman. Troy posted 21 points and seven rebounds, while Thurman earned 14 points. Jvon Junious was another key player, putting up three points in addition to five boards and three blocks.
