Basketball Recap: Industrial Comes Up Short

Industrial was the 45-41 winner over Palacios when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. The Industrial Cobras fell 57-50 to the Palacios Sharks on Friday.

Industrial's defeat dropped their record down to 20-14. As for Palacios, their win bumped their record up to 12-22.

Looking ahead, Industrial will square off against Columbus at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Columbus will roll in looking for their ninth straight victory, something Industrial surely won't give up without a fight. As for Palacios, they will take on Rice Consolidated at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The timing is sure in Rice Consolidated's favor as the team sits on eight straight wins at home while Palacios has been banged up by seven consecutive losses on the road.
