Basketball Recap: La Cueva Extends Winning Streak to Three

La Cueva hadn't done well against Volcano Vista recently (they were 0-9 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. The Bears managed a 55-49 win over the Hawks. For the Bears, this counts as revenge for the 82-48 victory the Hawks walked away with the last time they faced one another back in March.

La Cueva's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Drew Bramlett, who went 5-for-9 on his way to 14 points. Another player making a difference was Chase Roberts, who posted eight points and five rebounds.
