South Effingham is 0-5 against Calvary Day since November of 2015 but things could change on Tuesday. The Mustangs will venture away from home to challenge the Cavaliers at 7:30 p.m. South Effingham is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 54 points per game this season.

South Effingham saw some tournament action on Tuesday. They fell just short of Beach by a score of 52-49.

The losing side was boosted by Michael Hall, who posted 18 points and four steals. He has been hot recently, having posted three or more steals the last three times he's played. Benja Crofts was another key player, putting up six points in addition to ten rebounds and five blocks.

Meanwhile, Calvary Day got the win against Hephzibah on Saturday by a conclusive 61-38. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Cavaliers.

Calvary Day's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for South Effingham, their loss dropped their record down to 2-5.

South Effingham took a serious blow against Calvary Day in their previous meeting last Friday, falling 76-48. Can the Mustangs avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
