Basketball Game Preview: Knox Redskins vs. South Bend Career Academy Trailblazers

The Knox Redskins will challenge the South Bend Career Academy Trailblazers at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. South Bend Career Academy took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Knox, who comes in off a win.

Knox is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Tuesday. They had just enough and edged Winamac out 36-34. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Redskins as it put an end to their six-game losing streak.

Meanwhile, South Bend Career Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They had to suffer through a 62-15 loss at the hands of Elkhart Christian Academy. While losing is never fun, the Trailblazers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Indiana basketball rankings (they are ranked 398th, while the Eagles are ranked 159th).

South Bend Career Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 4-12. As for Knox, their win bumped their record up to 5-18.
