Bingham and Mountain Ridge are an even 4-4 against one another since January of 2022, but not for long. The Bingham Miners will be playing at home against the Mountain Ridge Sentinels at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. That matchup will pit two of the most dominant guards against one another: Addy Horsley and Kya Newton.

Bingham is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Utah's top teams: Copper Hills, who was ranked third at the time (Bingham was ranked 12th). Bingham fell 56-46 to Copper Hills on Thursday. The loss continues a trend for the Miners in their matchups with the Grizzlies: they've now lost six in a row.

Meanwhile, Mountain Ridge entered their tilt with Riverton on Thursday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. Everything went their way against the Silverwolves as they made off with a 68-43 win. The Sentinels have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine games by 23 points or more this season.

Mountain Ridge's victory bumped their record up to 14-7. As for Bingham, their defeat dropped their record down to 15-6.

Bingham was able to grind out a solid win over Mountain Ridge in their previous matchup back in January, winning 56-44. Will Bingham repeat their success, or does Mountain Ridge have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
