Volleyball Recap: The Classical Academy of Sarasota Takes Down Canterbury in a Playoff Battle

With a playoff win on the line, The Classical Academy of Sarasota rose to the challenge on Tuesday. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Canterbury Crusaders. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in August.

The victory didn't come easy: Canterbury scored at least 18 points in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-20, 25-27, 25-21.

The win made it two in a row for The Classical Academy of Sarasota and bumps their season record up to 8-9. As for Canterbury, their defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 10-11.

Coming up, The Classical Academy of Sarasota will take on Keswick Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Canterbury does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
