Basketball Game Preview: Twin Springs Titans vs. Patrick Henry Rebels

Having just played yesterday, the Twin Springs Titans will head out on the road to face off against the Patrick Henry Rebels at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Twin Springs has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.

Twin Springs is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Monday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Twin Valley 86-34. The Titans' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Meanwhile, Patrick Henry came tearing into Friday's matchup with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 38.7 points), and they left with even more momentum. They walked away with a 62-52 win over the Warriors.

Patrick Henry's win came from a few key players Twin Springs will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Cole Caywood, who on his way to 21 points and eight rebounds. He has been hot recently, having posted eight or more boards the last three times he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Aidan Monahan, who en route to 13 points in addition to eight rebounds and four steals.

Patrick Henry smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 11 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least 11 offensive boards in four consecutive contests.

Patrick Henry pushed their record up to 22-3 with the victory, which was their 12th straight at home dating back to last season.
