Basketball Recap: CSTHEA Comes Up Short

After some red-hot attacks on offense in their last three contests, CSTHEA finally came back down to earth on Thursday. They took a blow against the Silverdale Academy Seahawks, falling 69-29. The matchup marked the Patriots' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Judah Richardson was his usual excellent self, putting up 25 points for Silverdale Academy. The team also got some help courtesy of Tanner Bayne, who posted nine points.

CSTHEA moved to 9-4 with that defeat, which also ended their three-game winning streak. As for Silverdale Academy, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-2.

Coincidentally, CSTHEA and Silverdale Academy will both be playing Soddy Daisy the next time they take the court. The Patriots will head out to face the Trojans at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday, while the Seahawks will head out to face them at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
