Volleyball Recap: Donna Comes Up Short

Donna was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the San Benito Greyhounds. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Greyhounds this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 on August 15th.

Donna's loss dropped their record down to 11-7. As for San Benito, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 11-8.

Donna wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-1 victory against Harlingen South on the 30th. As for San Benito, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-1 defeat against Harlingen on the 30th.
