Basketball Recap: Logan Grizzlies vs. West Field Longhorns
Logan was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 59-50 hit to the loss column at the hands of the West Field Longhorns.

When it comes to explaining why Logan lost, don't look at Reed Olsen. Despite the final result, he dropped a double-double on 20 points and 11 boards. Olsen has been hot, having posted ten or more boards the last five times he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Sade Nenbee, who went 6 of 12 on his way to 13 points and three blocks.
Even though they lost, Logan smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 13 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least nine offensive rebounds in five consecutive matches.

Logan's loss dropped their record down to 4-9. As for West Field, they now have a winning record of 8-7.
