Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Hamilton Heights, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They walked away with a 22-14 win over Logansport on Friday. The score was all tied up 7-7 at the break, but the Huskies were the (much) better team in the second half.
Hamilton Heights' win came from a few key players Twin Lakes will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was AJ Flanagan, who rushed for 74 yards and one touchdown, and also picked up 50 receiving yards. Drew Woodruff was another key player, throwing for 261 yards and one TD while picking up 11.3 yards per attempt.
Twin Lakes pushed their record up to 5-1 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. Those road wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 11.3 points on average over those games. As for Hamilton Heights, their victory bumped their record up to 2-4.
Here's a few offensive stats to keep an eye on ahead of Friday's game: Twin Lakes has been on an offensive roll this season, having averaged 381.2 total yards per game. It's a different story for Hamilton Heights, though, as they've been averaging only 236.8 total yards. Will Twin Lakes be able to march up the field at their leisure again, or will the Huskies flip the script?
Twin Lakes couldn't quite get it done against Hamilton Heights in their previous meeting back in October of 2024 as they fell 26-16. Will the Indians have more luck at home instead of on the road? Check back here after the action for a full breakdown and analysis of the contest.
