Soccer Recap: North Lamar Takes a Loss

North Lamar lost against Gainesville back in January of 2015 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The North Lamar Panthers came up short against the Gainesville Leopards, falling 8-0. Considering the last time the Panthers couldn't score was back in December of 2024, the team can't take the result too hard.

North Lamar's loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 3-2. As for Gainesville, they now have a winning record of 3-2-2.

North Lamar will head out to square off against Sanger at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. North Lamar is facing Sanger at the right time seeing as Sanger is stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Gainesville, they will welcome Pilot Point at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
