Softball Recap: Wilson Central Takes a Loss

Wilson Central fell victim to Creek Wood and their airtight pitching crew on Saturday. They fell just short of the Red Hawks by a score of 1-0. The Wildcats were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Red Hawks apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in March of 2021.

Harlie Ward spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered only one earned run on six hits.
