Volleyball Recap: George Washington Finds Playoff Glory Versus South Philadelphia

It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but George Washington had no problem doing just that on Tuesday. They came out on top against the South Philadelphia Rams by a score of 3-1.

George Washington's victory bumped their record up to 7-10. As for South Philadelphia, they moved to 11-2 with that loss, which also ended their seven-game winning streak.

Looking ahead, George Washington will challenge Northeast at 3:15 p.m. on Thursday. The Vikings will roll in looking for their eighth straight win, something the Eagles surely won't give up without a fight. South Philadelphia does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
