It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Charleston Collegiate had no problem doing just that on Saturday. They breezed past the Our Lady of the Rosary Lions to the tune of 72-30. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory the Sundevils have posted since December 2, 2024.

Clayton Smith continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, dropping a double-double with 24 points and ten boards. Another player making a difference was Grant Morrison, who posted seven points in addition to eight assists and four steals.

Charleston Collegiate is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 15-9 record this season. As for Our Lady of the Rosary, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-7.

Looking ahead, Charleston Collegiate will challenge Bethesda Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Charleston Collegiate is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 55.8 points per game this season. Our Lady of the Rosary does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
