Basketball Recap: Dishchii'bikoh Comes Up Short

Dishchii'bikoh won a close one the last time they played, but unfortunately they suffered a serious change of fortune on Thursday. They were beaten by the Fort Thomas Apaches 74-46. The Wildcats have struggled against the Apaches recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.

Dishchii'bikoh's loss dropped their record down to 9-8. As for Fort Thomas, they have been performing well recently as they've won nine of their last 12 games, which provided a nice bump to their 14-8 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Dishchii'bikoh will square off against Fredonia at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for Fort Thomas, they and Salome will face off at 6:00 p.m. on Friday without much rest having both just played.
