Volleyball Game Preview: Southwest Onslow Stallions vs. Heide Trask Titans + How To Watch

Southwest Onslow hasn't had much luck against Heide Trask recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Stallions will square off against the Titans at 6:00 p.m. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this matchup.

On Thursday, Southwest Onslow came up short against Pender and fell 3-1.

While Southwest Onslow ultimately came up short, they really made Pender work, particularly in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 26-24, 20-25, 25-20, 25-21.

Meanwhile, Heide Trask also suffered a loss in their last game, falling to East Duplin by a score of 3-1. While the Titans didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Panthers 25-21 in the first set.

Heide Trask started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 21-25, 25-21, 25-22, 25-20.

Southwest Onslow's defeat dropped their record down to 10-7. As for Heide Trask, their loss dropped their record down to 12-5.

Southwest Onslow suffered a grim 3-0 defeat to Heide Trask in their previous meeting back in September. Can the Stallions avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
