Cupertino entered their tilt with MacDonald on Thursday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They blew past the Condor 20-4. Considering the Pioneers have won six games by more than seven runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Cupertino's win bumped their record up to 9-6-1. As for MacDonald, they dropped their record down to 1-15 with the defeat, which was their eighth straight on the road.
