Basketball Recap: Forest Hill Comes Up Short

Forest Hill was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They were outmatched by the Jim Hill Tigers and fell 53-26. While losing is never fun, the Patriots can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Mississippi basketball rankings (they are ranked 188th, while the Tigers are ranked 13th).

Forest Hill's defeat dropped their record down to 3-26. As for Jim Hill, the win (which was their 12th in a row) raised their record to 23-5.

Forest Hill has already played their next contest (against Pearl), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Jim Hill does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
