Volleyball Game Preview: Fenton Bison vs. Elmwood Park Tigers

The Fenton Bison will head out on the road to square off against the Elmwood Park Tigers at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this matchup.

On Monday, Fenton came up short against Schaumburg and fell 2-0.

The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-18.

Meanwhile, Elmwood Park was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of Elk Grove.

Elmwood Park was the model of consistency in the loss, scoring 17 points in every single set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-17.

Fenton's loss dropped their record down to 13-17. As for Elmwood Park, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-20.

Fenton beat Elmwood Park 2-0 in their previous meeting back in April. Do the Bison have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Tigers turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
