Basketball Recap: Plymouth Christian Academy Comes Up Short

Plymouth Christian Academy lost against Lutheran Northwest back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Plymouth Christian Academy Eagles fell 68-61 to the Lutheran Northwest Crusaders.

Andrew Kasat continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Lutheran Northwest, going 8-for-10 from beyond the arc on his way to 29 points. The matchup was Kasat's third in a row with at least 19 points. The team also got some help courtesy of PJ Thiesson, who went 6-for-9 to rack up 13 points and eight boards.

Plymouth Christian Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 9-12. As for Lutheran Northwest, the victory was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 11-8.

Coming up, Plymouth Christian Academy will face off against Arbor Prep at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Lutheran Northwest does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
