Basketball Recap: Friendship Comes Up Short

Friendship was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They took a blow against the Arkport Central Bluejays, falling 69-22. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Golden Eagles this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 63-19 last Monday.

Friendship's record now sits at 2-9. As for Arkport Central, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 6-4 record this season.

Friendship will be playing in front of their home fans against Cuba-Rushford at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Arkport Central, they are taking a road trip to face off against Dundee at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
