On Thursday, Cody faced Powell in a battle between two of the state's top teams. The Cody Broncs came out on top against the Powell Panthers by a score of 50-37. Winning may never get old, but the Broncs sure are getting used to it with their fourth in a row.

Cody pushed their record up to 9-3 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. As for Powell, they moved to 6-4 with that loss, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

Cody will be playing in front of their home fans against Lander Valley at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Powell has already played their next match (against Worland), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
