Basketball Recap: Cement Takes a Loss

Cement was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They had to suffer through a 62-25 loss at the hands of the Apache Warriors. The Bulldogs were probably out for revenge after losing 62-40 to them when the teams met back in January of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Cement's defeat dropped their record down to 5-8. As for Apache, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-4.

Cement will head out to take on Dove Science Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Dove Science Academy has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games. As for Apache, they will look to defend their home court on January 14th against Cyril at 6:30 p.m.
