Volleyball Recap: Isabella Lough and Sophia Baeta Secure Win for Mount St. Charles Academy

Mount St. Charles Academy's game on Wednesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Saturday. They blew past the Winchendon Wapiti 3-0. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 two weeks ago.

The final score came out to 25-9, 25-8, 25-17.

Leading Mount St. Charles Academy to victory were Sophia Baeta and Isabella Lough. Baeta had five digs and three aces, while Lough had four digs and three aces.

They weren't the only good servers: Mount St. Charles Academy was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 17 aces. That's the most aces they've posted since back in September.

Mount St. Charles Academy's win ended a three-match drought on the road and puts them at 11-4. As for Winchendon, their loss dropped their record down to 0-3.

As of now, neither Mount St. Charles Academy nor the Wapiti have any future games scheduled.
