Stark County posted their closest victory since April 8th on Saturday. They narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the Galva Wildcats 7-5. This was a revenge game for the Rebels: when they faced off against the Wildcats on Saturday, they had to take a 3-2 defeat.

Stark County's victory ended a five-game drought at home and bumped them up to 7-17. As for Galva, their loss dropped their record down to 4-14.

Coming up, Stark County will be playing in front of their home fans against Brimfield at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The Indians will roll in looking for their ninth straight win, something the Rebels surely won't give up without a fight. As for Galva, they will head out to face off against Biggsville West Central at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
