Soccer Recap: Northland Comes Up Short

After flying high against Franklin Heights on Saturday, Northland came back down to earth. The Vikings fell just short of the Worthington Kilbourne Wolves by a score of 2-1 on Tuesday.

Northland's loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Worthington Kilbourne, they now have a winning record of 2-1-1.

Northland and Worthington Kilbourne will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Vikings are set to take on their familiar foe Centennial at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Worthington Kilbourne will face off against rival Westland at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday.
