St. Joseph was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Vicksburg Bulldogs. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Bears of the 2-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in August of 2018.

St. Joseph was not able to win a set, but it sure wasn't from a lack of trying: every set was decided by three points or less. The match finished with set scores of 28-26, 26-24.
