Basketball Game Preview: Capitol Lions vs. St. Thomas Aquinas Falcons

The Capitol Lions will venture away from home to take on the St. Thomas Aquinas Falcons at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

It was a proper cat-fight when Capitol faced off against Woodlawn-B.R. on Saturday. Capitol was dealt a 69-38 loss at the hands of Woodlawn-B.R. The Lions have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, St. Thomas Aquinas waltzed into their game last Friday with five straight wins... but they left with six. They blew past the Cougars 56-31. The Falcons have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four contests by 23 points or more this season.

Capitol's defeat dropped their record down to 4-9. As for St. Thomas Aquinas, their victory bumped their record up to 6-3.
