Baseball Recap: Mountain House Comes Up Short

Mountain House was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 13th straight defeat. They fell 7-4 to the East Union Lancers.

Lennox Morgan made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored two runs and stole a base while going 2-for-4.

Mountain House's loss dropped their record down to 4-13-1. As for East Union, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-9 record this season.

While Mountain House had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
