Football Game Preview: Haskell Haymakers vs. Panama Razorbacks

The Haskell Haymakers are taking a road trip to challenge the Panama Razorbacks at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The two teams are strolling into their matchups after big wins in their previous games.

Haskell is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They simply couldn't be stopped last Friday as they easily beat Chouteau-Mazie 49-0. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest win of the season.

Pj Faul continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, rushing for 198 yards and four scores while picking up 11.6 yards per carry, and also throwing for 160 yards on only 12 passes. That's the most rushing yards he has posted since back in September of 2024. Jake Faul was Pj's top target, picking up 113 receiving yards, while also rushing for 33 yards and one touchdown.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Panama, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They were the clear victors by a 28-6 margin over Warner on Thursday. The result was nothing new for the Razorbacks, who have now won four contests by 22 points or more so far this season.

Panama's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 5-2. The home wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 12.0 points on average over those games. As for Haskell, they now have a winning record of 4-3.

Haskell was taken down by Panama 51-0 in their previous matchup back in October of 2024. Can the Haymakers avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
