Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Stone Mountain). Everything went their way against the M.L. King Lions on Wednesday as they made off with a 10-1 win. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for Stone Mountain considering their one-goal performance the contest before.

Stone Mountain has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-5 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 23 goals over those six matches. As for M.L. King, they dropped their record down to 0-7 with the loss, which was their third straight at home.

Stone Mountain does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for M.L. King, they will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Stephenson at 5:30 p.m. on the 14th. M.L. King are facing Stephenson at the right time seeing as Stephenson are stuck on a six-game losing streak.
