There's no place like home for Wheaton-Warrenville South, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. They came out on top against the Wheaton North Falcons by a score of 11-6 on Monday. The match marked the Tigers' most dominant victory of the season.

Brandon Esposito was incredible, going 3-for-4 with two runs, one stolen base, and one double. Those two runs gave him a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Nico Olszewski, who went 3-for-5 with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI.

Wheaton-Warrenville South was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .455. That's the best batting average they've posted all season.

Wheaton-Warrenville South's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-11. The home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.7 runs over those games. As for Wheaton North, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-13-1 record this season.
