Softball Recap: Kenston Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Kenston can now relate to. They lost 9-2 to the Aurora Greenmen on Tuesday. The Bombers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Kenston's defeat dropped their record down to 14-12. As for Aurora, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won ten of their last 11 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 22-4 record this season.

Kenston does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Aurora, they will challenge Chardon at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Greenmen's pitchers better be ready for this one: the Hilltoppers have averaged an impressive 9.3 runs per game this season.
