Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Bayfield). They never let the Ignacio Bobcats get on the board and left with a 10-0 victory on Thursday. The high-scoring effort was just what Bayfield needed considering they were shut out in their previous game.

With the win, Bayfield broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 2-11. As for Ignacio, they dropped their record down to 0-10 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight on the road.

Coming up, Bayfield will square off against Telluride at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Bayfield are facing Telluride at the right time seeing as Telluride are stuck on a four-game losing streak. Ignacio does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
