Basketball Recap: Fairview Knights vs. Centaurus Warriors

On Friday, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, the Fairview Knights beat the Centaurus Warriors 45-40. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Knights.

Fairview can attribute much of their success to Chloe Hickory, who posted 16 points in addition to five rebounds and four steals. Hickory is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last three games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Julia Savage, who scored four points along with six boards and four steals.

Fairview smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 15 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least nine offensive rebounds in six consecutive games.
