Volleyball Recap: Naperville Central Takes a Loss

Naperville Central lost against St. Charles North back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Redhawks fell 2-0 to the North Stars. The Redhawks have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Naperville Central may have fallen short, but they were sure consistent: they scored 21 points in every single set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-21.

Naperville Central's defeat dropped their record down to 2-5. As for St. Charles North, their victory was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 7-2.

Coming up, Naperville Central will take on Lemont at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for St. Charles North, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Geneva at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The last nine games the Vikings have played have been within one set, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
