Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Richwoods). They never let the Pekin Dragons get on the board and left with a 6-0 victory on Thursday. Richwoods haven't had any issues with Pekin recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive win against them.

Richwoods' offense was hitting Pekin from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal. Nathan Boyer led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by himself.

Richwoods' victory bumped their record up to 7-2. As for Pekin, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-5.

Looking ahead, Richwoods will be playing in front of their home fans against Metamora at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Pekin, they will head out on the road to take on Calvary Christian Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
