Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask De Smet Jesuit). They strolled past the Vianney Golden Griffins with points to spare on Friday, taking the game 56-42. The win continues a trend for the Spartans in their matchups with the Golden Griffins: they've now won six in a row.

De Smet Jesuit's victory was their first in the district, bumping their district record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 2-3. As for Vianney, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-3.
