            Football Recap: JW North Huskies vs. Paloma Valley Wildcats        
        
		
        
        
            
JW North had lost seven straight at home dating back to last season, but  on Friday they dropped down to 1-6 to make it eight. They came up short against  the Paloma Valley Wildcats, falling  48-28. If the Huskies were looking for revenge after losing  29-21 to the Wildcats when the teams met back in October of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.
 When it comes to explaining why JW North lost, don't look at  Keilor Pizarro. Despite the final result, he threw for 125 yards and a pair of  touchdowns, and also rushed for 75 yards on only nine carries.
As for Paloma Valley, they picked up their first road  victory, bumping their record up to 2-5. Their offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most  points they've scored all season.
  Isaac Navarro went supernova, throwing for 282 yards and three  TDs while completing 75.8% of his passes, and also rushing for 36 yards and a pair of  scores. Those  36  rushing yards gave  him a new career-high.
