Isabella lost to Verbena back in February of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Tuesday. The Isabella Mustangs had just enough and edged out the Verbena Red Devils 13-12. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Mustangs.
Emma Baker spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered five earned (and seven unearned) runs on nine hits and racked up seven Ks. Those seven strikeouts gave her a new career-high.
