Basketball Game Preview: Martin Falcons vs. Springfield Gardens Golden Eagles

It'll be Battle of the Birds when the Martin Falcons take on the Springfield Gardens Golden Eagles at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday... Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Last Saturday, Martin lost to Architecture, Engineering and Construction on the road by a 72-53 margin. The Falcons haven't had much luck with the Tigers recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.

Meanwhile, Springfield Gardens ended up a good deal behind Eagle Academy III on Saturday and lost 65-48.

Springfield Gardens now has a losing record at 2-3. As for Martin, they now also have a losing record at 2-3.

Martin didn't have too much breathing room in their game against Springfield Gardens in their previous matchup two weeks ago, but they still walked away with a 75-69 win. Does Martin have another victory up their sleeve, or will Springfield Gardens turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
